About Us

The journey so far...

Our company officially started in 2019, at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. Due to the proposed lockdown times, we took it upon ourselves to ensure that although our clients will be working from home, they would be able to be connected and have IT support when needed. 

We heavily invested in remote support tools, which allowed us to assist our clients without breaching any lockdown rules and regulations. We provided services such as; remote support, graphics design, software development, web-design and even advice on any technologies our clients wished to make use of.

We have since held onto the value that "assisting is key" and has now become our main mission. To execute this mission, we decided to create a "one-stop" solutions business model in order to offer our services to every possible type of client. Whether a user just has a computer at home, working from home or is a business orientated client, we want to have a technical solution available. With that said, the question was, "How do we do this?". Our solution was to split our focus on three categories. The first category relates to our store, where we offer printing and internet services to the community which we are located in. The store has since grown into a fully operational entity called The Lounge. A customer can have copies made, documents printed, use the internet, purchase computer parts and accessories and have access to all our IT related services. From the store, we also offer aid to potential job seekers, in the form of a job center, by assisting with CV's and help with online applications. The store also recently started offering a full coffee shop section with treats available as well.

The second category is home-based users. These days it is impossible to imagine that not every household has access to a personal computer or network enabled device. Post Covid-19, numerous people still opt to work from home. In the early part of 2020, there was an increase in new businesses operating from home as well as business owners who downscaled by closing their shops and offices and moving to their homes. These users required some form of IT support. However, technical support can often be an expensive situation. Therefore we offer a wide range of affordable services to home based users in the form of hardware support, software development and support, graphics and web design, advertising services and hardware supplies.

Our final category is support for businesses. As with any managed services company, we offer services relating directly to business needs. Our aim is to ensure that our contract clients are operational in terms of data, email, printing and internet. Managed services can help expand your business or upgrade your environment when you need, without having to hire or train employees you wont necessarily need later on. Managed Services Providers or MSP's help your business stay flexible when it comes to resources, and can accommodate swift changes an in-house team might not be able to respond to efficiently. From our store, we run a fully operational helpdesk which assists with telephonic and remote support. Our development and design team also operate from there. Our roaming technical team are always on the road attending to our clients requirements when needed. Our stationary engineers are based at individual client sites who require full-time support.
